Kätkävaara

Kätkävaara is a bald fell on the northern reach of Tervola municipality with a height of 189 metres and tor covered peak areas. The earliest signs of settlements in the Northern Finland have been found in Kätkävaara. It’s a popular destination for nature tourists, including a nature trail with 19 points of interest focusing on the elevated shoreline formations of the ancient sea. The round trail is 7 kilometres long.
